Our Children
T.W. Lewis Foundation proudly supports the following education organizations.
Our community is blessed with many healthy churches and places of worship and offers an abundance of activities for our youth. However, Phoenix is not exempt from the growing secular trend that has contributed to a nationwide decline in organized religion and church attendance. This trend has had significant consequences, including a diminishing focus on traditional Judeo-Christian moral training and character development.
The lack of teaching about absolute truths has led to a troubling rise in loneliness, anxiety, and depression among our youth. Since personal character is essential for leading a successful and fulfilling life, T.W. Lewis Foundation is dedicated to providing our youth with character-building education both inside and outside the classroom. Our aim is to nurture honest, hard-working young adults who will become the foundation of tomorrow’s healthy families and strong communities.
We encourage our youth to consider the question, “What kind of person do I want to become?” rather than merely focusing on “What do I want to do when I grow up?” The organizations we support are instrumental in helping young people learn important life lessons grounded in Judeo-Christian values. These lessons are imparted in various settings, from youth sports and summer camps to Bible studies and civic education opportunities.
The young men and women who participate in these activities will develop a deeper understanding of their moral and civic responsibilities, ultimately becoming the good parents, neighbors, and citizens of tomorrow. The nonprofit organizations we support are among the most effective at fostering personal character development. We encourage you to contact them directly to volunteer or make a much-needed donation.
