One day, I’d had a dermatology check and a biopsy. We were up in Flagstaff at our home up there. I got a call from the doctor saying, “Just wanted to let you know that biopsy was melanoma.” You know, when you get that phone call, it’s a shocker.
So, that’s really the vision: that Arizona can get first-class melanoma treatment right here in their home state. And it’s a concentrated, special area. It’s right here in the heart of melanoma country. But by making a matching gift, we’re hopeful of having other people join with us in this effort to get on board and be a part of it.
